"Our food was great and I would have given it 5 start but.... the blackberry preserves were full of mold when I opened it up. That was sort of gross. The server was even grossed out. They brought some supposed fresh out but that was a bit unsettling so we just didn't eat that. Manager probably should have acknowledged but never came to the table. I let the cashier know and she was pretty much insouciant and was more concerned with weather or not I was going to leave a tip."
"Ran in for a quick supper with the hubby. Two orders roast of and hash brown casserole on both plates with side of slaw and carrots with biscuits all food was lukewarm. Sweet tea was good . Server was very nice and delivered every thing we ask for. This use to be our go to place. Always loved coming to Cracker barrel. Just not this location anymore."
"Food was hot, fresh, and served as ordered in a timely manner. Service was friendly, courteous, and not over zealous. No waiting time for a table. We arrived a little after 4:30. Every thing has made a vast improvement at this Cracker Barrel. The only area of opportunity were the biscuits. They were flat, hard, and not hot. I would recommend this Cracker Barrel."
