"I ordered two sandwiches the engineer sandwich and the Jamaica sandwich. I waited more than 25 minutes, people keep coming in and out after me and get their order. People were waiting there a lot. There was two firefighters waiting for their food. They were for so long they had to go back to work And serve our country and they had to get their money back because they didn’t make their sandwich and I asked for my money back they didn’t even even asked me why give me my money back and I left after 30 minutes ridiculous!"
"Franchise Owner Russell was very classless and rude when I came in to pickup my order today. When I came in to pickup my order I placed via the app I was told it was already picked up by a delivery driver. I advised them that was incorrect because I opted for in store pickup as I did not order through a delivery partner I ordered through the app. The owner Russell refused to honor my order even after showing him my confirmation email. He continued asking for further proof instead of admitting he messed up. Even after I confirmed the last 4 of the card, he offered no apology. He should not be in a position of power with that type of character and behavior. I will never frequent this establishment again."
"I ordered a side salad and all the lettuce was brown. You can’t tell me that they didn’t know it was like that. The only reason I didn’t return it was bc I was dizzy."
"I've only been to firehouse subs a few times in my life, but this location is hands down my favorite. The store was clean & the atmosphere was friendly. Amazing staff, especially Ronnie (not sure I spelled that correctly) but she was TOP TIER in my book! Thanks for the wonderful experience, keep up the good work!"
