"Very nice physician and empathic co-workers. We explained our health problems and asked if the ENT could cause any of the problems I was having. They immediately made me an appointment in their North Charleston office that could help diagnose such problems by using waves in the inner ear. They even went so far as to schedule me a follow up appointment immediately after test was completed."

"I drove from Myrtle Beach to see the Dr. Raney. I was very impressed from the moment I called to schedule. The girl who took my call spent 20 minutes with me and was so helpful and went out of her way to help me. I went to the Mt Pleasant office since it is closer to Myrtle Beach. I was greeted by a super friendly receptionist. I had a four hour appointment and the nurse was so down to earth and patient and understanding. I had to have many allergy tests and some pulmonary tests for my asthma. Dr. Raney definitely was a wonderful doctor. I researched for a top notch allergy specialist and I was not disappointed. The office is so clean and has a cozy feeling. Well worth the drive! I definitely would recommend this Doctor to anyone suffering with allergies."

"Friendly staff. I was very impressed by Dr. Russel as he goes through all of the options available. My constructive criticism would be that they need back up staff at the front desk. The person handling that position was on the phone three times while I was waiting and she was on the phone again when I left delaying check-in and check-out. But that will not sway and my decision to return as I would definitely go back to them."

"On the whole I do like Dr Rupp very much, he explains things well. Unfortunately like just about every other business, the office is short staffed and it was a busy day so he spoke quickly and there were questions I thought of after I left that I thought he was too busy to answer. I will go through allergy testing with them but have to go there three times in one week and it’s not all at the same location. The Mt Pleasant location is an 9 minute drive, going into Charleston is at least 30 minutes longer. It was not explained that I would have to go to another location twice or seen by a different doctor. I will be seeing a different doctor at the other location so there is a consistency issue. Tammy at the front desk was very nice and helpful but when I called back to set up the testing appointment after I got home I was told the phone rings at all five locations. Anyone can answer it ,maybe it’s just me but I like consistency and dealing with the same people all the time."
