"A good place, the mechanic was as polite as possible, there is a small parking lot nearby where you can leave the trailer for repair. I waited for a spare part from the truck for about 3 hours. But there is no place for drivers to rest. The administration will pay attention to this."

"For 5 years Frank &Allen have helped me with my truck repairs, here lately not good. Changed the wrong air bag, I mean why not change the one pouring out air instead of the good one? Charge me $130 for bag $185 for labor!!!! Went to Petro to get the leaking air bag replaced, $85 for bag, $110 for labor. Here's the kicker.....Truck is ready Friday afternoon, girl in office says I can't pick truck up Monday because there's no INVOICE for me to pay, I call her 4 times throughout Monday, still no INVOICE, I called her 3 times Tuesday, still no INVOICE, she was not rude, she said Frank was on vacation last week and they were behind. She would call me as soon as INVOICE was ready so I could come pay and pick up my truck..Wednesday night I went by the shop, OMG MY TRUCK DOOR WAS OPEN!!!!! They left my truck door open only a inch or two, but still, all my electronics & stuff. I went ahead and took my truck. Went back to work the next day. I lost $3500 in loads..Here's the Kicker...They called me 20 days later to tell me my truck was ready and they have a INVOICE!!! The owner Frank has went to SIN!!! HE IS ON OUR PRAYER LIST AT CHURCH...MAY GOD HELP HIM,,,,,AMEN"

"I rate this business as 2 stars pertaining to their A/C repair. Our truck was in their shop back to back on 2 separate occasions for A/C repair an over 2 grand later we still have a 25 thousand pound blow dryer. I can't comment on the other area's that they cover."

"Paid 5 grand to have my dump truck fixed. Loaded the truck on a job and the lift assembly was hanging down to the driveshaft. When I took the truck back up there they tried to tell me that some brackets were bent and they would fix it. Didn’t seem right to me so I took it to another shop who told me that it was no where near correct. The welding and bracing they did was not only wrong but unsafe to operate. I even let them talk to the other mechanic. I gave them the opportunity to fix it but what they offered as the fix was not going to fix the issue. They would not refund the money. They expected me to take the truck back to them and let them do more shorty work. Hell no. I asked them to refund the portion of the money that was related to the issue and they refused. I did not trust them to do good work at that point and I did not feel safe letting them “fix” it the second time here for I have someone else fixing it right. I’m going to give them the chance to pay the repair or I will take it to court. I’m sure they are fine at fixing injectors or hanging tires but they claim to know how to fix things and charge you for work that clearly they are not capable of repairing. I was not mad that the truck wasn’t fixed right things happen but the fact that it was to the point of being unsafe for my truck and they let it leave the shop like that was what did it for me. Bad bad bad experience all the way around."
