"I had gone in for an MRI of my knee, and my technician Ashley was beyond Amazing, made me feel so comfortable, so very friendly, she really went above & beyond as I am a patient that has extreme vertigo and can’t lie flat.. she gave me so many pillows to lay upright made a huge difference..she really eased my anxiety over it, you wont find to many people that are so understanding as she was! Would definitely recommend Pooler Imaging to anyone I know, thank you again Ashley…"

"I had to get a MRI done and I got there at 1:00pm and they called everyone else but me and my appointment was for 1:30 and they called me at 3:00 pm I guess because it was for Workmen’s Comp and I was African American I hate this place I heard all the technician in the back gossip 4 sets of people came in and was going before me. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even my Dog I was also called and asked why I left a bad review and I don’t think I should have gotten a call from a place that was so horrible"

"Terrible experience receiving a surprised estimate of benefits indicating they are out of my mother s insurance network, something they should have verified prior to my mother's visit on 2/27, and informed her so she could cancel services and opt for an in network provider. Instead she got used and framed to believe her studies were covered, an elderly woman, breast cancer survivor on social security and Medicare who clearly repeated over and over to all administration and staff that she couldn't afford any co pays for the mri and wanted to onky get the mammography done, and who trusted after their insisted that she would only be responsible and in installments of $400 of the $2000 cost they were going to bill the insurance co for the spine mri. Little we knew they have not do their job and due diligence and misinformed my mother forcing basically her to complete the study that day knowing they were not in network on purpose, if they would have done their job as expected and verified benefits eligibility beforehand if they knew she wasn't covered should have informed her, otherwise it indicates they didn't care to contact tge insurance for eligibility verification and doesn't end there today we received another statement of benefits stating they will not covered the mammography screening something done to my mother routinely without any financial responsibility due her prior cancer history so now my mother ends up with a $2000 for a mri she didn't want to get done due her limitations financially and for a mamo almost $600 dollars for something she never pays, clearly a place you should not trust, A place that doesn't care about their patients but money, and a place for which you as a patient have to do their job. I've never been scheduled any studies for which an estimate of financial responsibility is given prior to services rendered, I trusted, my mother more specifically trusted them and now this has created a financial burden and a hardship for her. This location has demonstrated is not clear nor transparent and only their finances are of importance. They could guarantee we would never use their services ever again, and I will make sure no one dies either. Beware when you select this clinic to perform any studies on you or anyone you know. This is a terrible and very horrible experience and I would want to prevent other from experiencing a similar situation."
