"Horrible experience all around bad i called the shop for a used tire for my car that just got a flat was charged more then double what a used tire normally cost so I thought the extra money was for customer service but no the owner of this business has a attitude for no reason whole time I’m there I was willing to chalk it up to a bad day but when I get home I notice that the emblem on my wheel didn’t get put back on so I call the owner back up and as I’m explaining to him that they have my wheel emblem at the shop and I was hoping that they could put it a side for me to come back tomorrow to get it because I live 20 miles away he hangs up on me and as I try to call him back he won’t answer so I had to hurry and drive alway back before they closed so they didn’t misplace it or throw it away I hope the owner works on this behavior for the future if he’s planning on staying in business!"
