"Horrible experience Took the car for a quick tire swap today May 21/22 at 12pm. I came home and I noticed my car wheel was super scratched and the tire cap was missing. I called the number on here and the manager/ owner said that happens very often just go back and get it. I had to drive back for the cap and mentioned about the damage done to my wheel and no response the guy just walked away. I still can’t get over the fact that they scratched my wheel on my Audi. I’m so upset. I don’t know how you can be so careless and do work with no respect for other peoples stuff especially when your paying them for service. My wheels are in perfect condition with no scratches. Now one wheel is scratched up. I even took the car to another shop to see if it was done on the machine where they install tires and it was. If you have a decent car don’t take it there it will be treated like junk. No quality control. The $22 that I paid to just swap the tire cost me more damage."
