"Can’t say enough good things- I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and they saw me right away. I was in and out in under an hour- for both a mammogram and ultrasound. Everyone was so kind and professional, completely recommend them."
"Staff was nice, especially the technician who actually performed my mammogram (she is the only reason I gave any stars at all), but they are so incredibly disorganized. I wasted more than 3 hours of my day here. I had arrived around 9:35 for a 10am appointment (was told to arrive early), and I didn't get to check out until 1:00pm. I was left in a tiny dressing room by myself for nearly 1.5 hours waiting to be called for an ultrasound. I had been FORGOTTEN. Mammogram tech had no idea I was still there. Ultrasound tech told me she had no clue I was waiting either. I probably would have been there all day long if I hadn't caught the mammogram tech in the hall. I'm pretty sure at that point, everyone had gone to lunch, as it had become almost totally silent in the hall. I don't understand how you forget a patient. It was so incredibly disrespectful of my time. I ended up taking a PTO day for this, but what if I hadn't? People have jobs. When you tell them that the appointment will take 45 mins-1 hour and it takes more than 3, that's a huge problem, especially if they're missing work to be there. So that was issue #1. Issue #2, I specifically requested that someone call me prior to my appointment to notify me ahead of time what I would owe after insurance for this appointment. That never happened. I was not given an amount until I checked in for my appointment, which turned out to be totally wrong, because I got a bill in the mail a couple of weeks later for several hundred more dollars (after having paid nearly $600 at the appointment). Just a couple of days after I received the bill in the mail, I started receiving calls about it! I don't appreciate that. It's also pretty ridiculous that I have excellent insurance and a mammogram plus ultrasound cost me nearly $1k out of pocket. It's no wonder so many women forego breast imaging."
"I have been calling and leaving messages for over a month to schedule a mammogram. No one will answer the phone or return my phone call. Very frustrating!"
