"I was prescribed a medication for infusion back the first week of May. After waiting until June I assume they would have had a full month to get the necessary information. Palmetto Infusion of Savannah claimed they made a mistake with the spelling of my name and this caused a delay. Then when that was straightened out they made another error with the loss of my lab results. Three separate doctor offices faxed lab results that they wanted directly to them. Palmetto Infusion of Savannah claimed they never got them and then tried to blame the nurses at memorial. I even had extra labs performed so they could get them and still they were delayed. After waiting from May 9 until July 6. I decided to have my provider send the request for infusions to another facility. Maybe Palmetto Infusion is too busy or perhaps their practice needs a better managed process. Waiting this long for a necessary medication is not good medical care , so I need to find another place. My hope is that they come up with a better process so they don't lose patients and so patients can receive the care they need."
