"great ordering experience, unfortunately this is where the good ends. I was given an expected delivery date for the item to my business and i waited until 3 days after this expected date before I called. Upon calling several times two days in a row nobody could locate the said item - they had the order and it was "marked " shipped but they would have to look further into why it never made it here. No matter whom I spoke with I never got a call back or solution to this issue."
