"I have never met a more unprofessional doctor in my life. This isn't our first baby with this hospital, and have had nothing but an amazing memorable experience with every other nurse and doctor here until now. John Caskey not only refused to give my wife an epidural, but walked out of our room taunting us with it, clearly on a power trip . Before anyone could say another word he blew past the nurses and was gone. They were all shocked by his behavior and immediately made it evident that he was in the wrong and were ready to help in any way. I immediately told the nurse I would wait in the hall because all I want is for my wifes pain to subside. The nurse has to chase him down just for him to come back and tell me that I need to leave and go to a waiting room and slams the door in my face. He then messed up the epidural and scolded my wife to stop shaking while she was having a contraction. The entire staff were clearly afraid of him. How anyone can call themselves a doctor after denying a woman in childbirth anesthesia, then storm off like a child is the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen, let alone in a hospital. The nurses were so on edge they forgot to run my daughters bloodwork and so she is forced to repeat a footprick blood test. Everyone else at Lexington Medical had been great and helped make this a wonderful experience, despite his childish behavior and blatant disrespect. If you want someone to take an already stressful situation and amplify it then this is your guy. This man does not deserve a medical license and is in no condition to give medical advice let alone administer anesthesia."
