"The ER really needs more staff, my poor Mom sat there for 8 hours to be seen and finally in a hospital room by 9:45 pm after being told she would not have to wait long by Urgent care calling ahead. She died 3 days later. The nurses and doctor on the fourth floor were amazing. I can't say anything nice about the ER and was told this is happening everywhere except Baptist. I suggest going to Baptist for your ER visit."
