"Since the office has been taken over by Med Plus things have gone down hill. In that short amount of time there has been 4 different providers. The providers don't seem to have time to spend with you when you are in the office. THEN, a few days after an appointment I received a short phone call from the provider stating my cholesterol was high and she was starting me on medication. Less than 5 min of conversation. Next thing I know I am being charged my copay. When I questioned that because I always pay my copay during my visit, I was told it was for a telehealth visit! No one ever said the call was a telehealth visit and I had not solicited the call. Upon further questioning, I was told any time you speak to the provider your insurance would be charged and you would be charged any copay etc. I have never heard of such!! It would have been different had I requested the call. I feel it is a money scheme. It should not be allowed without proper notice of the intent. Huge scam, I fired them right then, I did pay the bill because I didn't want it turned into collections but that is a pathetic way to treat patients so beware!!!!!"

"Karen Burke is professional and like the care she provides; however, very frustrated with the office management. I sent emails for RX refills through their portal a month ago and no response. I have left voicemails and no response after a month. Every time I call their office, it goes to their answering service. It is extremely challenging to speak to anyone in the office. I will be finding another doctor’s office."
