"My mother is a patient of Dr. Quick and has been satisfied with the care he provides overall. Today however she was treated very poorly by his nurse when calling to schedule an appointment. These interactions should be quick and painless, today she was talked down to and reprimanded regarding a previous appointment. This is absolutely unacceptable. Doctor's offices are to be a safe space so patients feel comfortable disclosing sensitive information. When you have an instance like this where my mother was bullied and talked down to this is NOT a favorable outcome for patient care or patient satisfaction. Do better!"
