Did not offer him a refund or a retro active billing. Basically s.o.l. If you have any problems with your insurance at this store. Don’t expect to see the same staff from month to month and be prepared for the pharmacist to treat you like a drug addict if you take anything controlled."
"I had been with Walgreens for over 10 years. They stopped taking my insurance so I swapped to CVS and I’m so glad I did! The staff there is so friendly and the pharmacist with the long goatee is sooooo sweet and always helpful and makes sure I have everything I need and that I am always informed and doesn’t mind taking time out to explain things to me. I’m a new diabetic and he has really been helpful and makes me feel super confident in everything that has been prescribed to me. I am so grateful for him and CVS for having such a wonderful staff! This is my forever pharmacy now!!! Thank you guys!!!"
