"when you understand that the medical industry is a business and nothing more. it's easy to see the grasp of big pharm. on society and it's pill pushers(doctors). it's sad what the nation has come to. i suggest finding a better location to service your problems, this facility turns a blind eye when demanding better customer service or when asking about treatments that don't require constant pill pushing which is where doctors make money. every pill they give you they get paid and if it's a big scary pill the pharm company wants pushed they offer huge incentives to doctors to push that particular pill meanwhile price gouge anyone without insurance."

"This is the worst medical facility I have ever been to! For the love of your sanity, please don’t go here! Had problems from the very beginning with them not billing my insurance and then them calling over and over about a bill. I had to go back and forth messaging the office to finally have them resubmit and tell me that the balance was $0. Glad I went through the messaging option because those screen shots came in handy when they sent my account into collections! Luckily the collections company has half a brain cell and it took them about 10 minutes to call me back and say that they were removing the collection from my credit report. Don’t even get me started on the NP that I saw for the follow up appointment. She quoted Dr. Oz (the discredited non-doctor tv personality) and told me that the reason for my uncontrollable weight gain despite diet and exercise changes was because my “woman’s body is meant to nourish the children” and brushed my concerns off. I guess she missed the bit in my patient chart that mentioned that fact I have no children and had an iud at the time. Not once did I feel like they cared about me nor even validated my legitimate medical concerns. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY!"
