"Despite these random ladies on their knees randomly shooting ketchup at McDonald's. I had a good time. But to be fair I had a mobile order but I got my fries right out of the fryer and fast. Definitely recommend. But parking is IMPOSSIBLE in downtown Savannah. But yay! You can walk off the fast good you ate!"

"The black man told us that we were closed at 10.30, although they were supposed to close at 11. and discriminated against us."

"My niece and I were out exploring Broughton Street and decided to go to the walk-up window to order food. The young lady heard us knocking and purposely ignored us multiple times instead of coming to tell us the window was not open yet. We went inside and when this girl saw us, she rolled her eyes and angrily and hesitantly walked to the cash register to take our order. I asked a question and she looked at me walked away. She was so rude to us! She doesn’t deserve to be working in customer service if she hates customers! I didn’t catch her name but our visit was on Dec 18, 2023 between 630pm - 7pm. Please find out who she is and fire her asap! I will never patronize that McDonalds again."

"Without a question the worse McDonald's we have ever visited. First, they did not let us use the restrooms, looks like they cleaned them before closing and did not want to have more customers. You can only order at the touchscreen machine which does not give you any receipt. We did not get what we ordered, asked for the right one and they told us we had to pay again. We complained and they literally laughed at us. The place was filthy and it stinked. I can not understand why McDonald's allow this."
