"Absolute worst place to get therapy the lady at the front counter absolutely rude I went up to check my appointment. I got here at 9:00 its 11:00 and I still haven't been seen I'm just going to cancel my appointment honestly this is ridiculous god forbid I was in a crisis and left to do something to myself these people wouldn't help it's sad, if you have the option go somewhere that'll actually help you"

"Every employee was incredibly rude. Not only was the environment behind the counter hostile, but I would even call it toxic. This is supposed to be a place for mental wellness? I left with my niece and immediately made her an appt at my psychiatrist. I don't recommend this business, and actually think it should be investigated seriously."

"Completely awful place to deal with. They do not care if your child is out of medicine that they have been taking for over 2 years! We were handwritten 3 months prescriptions because their system was down and when it was time for the 3rd paper prescription to be filled the pharmacy said it was expired and now this office refuses to do anything until her appointment that is 10 days away! If I could give zero stars I would!"

"I’ve had good experiences with Berkeley Mental Health. The staff and counselors have been kind and genuinely try to help you. The only reason this isn’t a five-star review is because like most state funded programs, they are understaffed and it can take weeks, sometimes months to get an appointment. Especially if you are a horrible time manager like myself and miss an appointment."
