"I'm only doing a 3 because of billing. Staff were great. But not only for myself but my oldest daughter when seen about a month later we get a bill saying we owe x amount of money to them. Why at check in do you take the insurance cards then if your still going to say we owe money when in fact we don't. I've literally watched you scan our cards in and we still get a bill. Every single time"

"Wife went to this location for a mammogram, the person who performed the scan was really lazy and didn't do the job properly, which led the analysis to a fake and worrisome result. We had to make a second appointment for a mammogram, had to wait 2 more weeks of extenuating anxiety, thinking the worst. My wife was extremely concerned and sad, but after going to the Berkeley location they performed a complete process and the results were good. This could be avoided since the beginning, now we need to pay more medical bills. Not sure how the rest of other practices are here but I'd strongly suggest to avoid this location, waste of time and money, pay attention to the other reviews and look elsewhere."

"With the nurse I had today I was reminded why I myself went into the medical field! I came in with an abscess under my arm, and because I was alone and nervous she came in and held my hand through the entire process. Then instead of having a tech clean my wound and dress it she did it herself! It’s the nurses that are compassionate about their patients that deserve the credit!"

"Took my 7 month old son. He was very sick and this hospital didn’t seem to care he was an INFANT. The doctor on call was extremely condescending, told us we weren’t dosing his Tylenol properly and “we needed to do better”. We were doing the exact amount his pediatrician told us AND what was on the box for his weight. They didn’t even really check him out or they would’ve seen his sore throat or better yet his TWO pus filled ear infections he had. The ER doctor told us “he will be turning the corner soon”, next day he popped a fever. So glad he turn that corner. I have never had an issue with Roper, I typically always come there but the lack of care for a literal child is mind boggling to me. Side note, our nurse was great."
