And the dets who came into my own house and did thing like a alien visit..but I saw you...this place is just a ' send to ' place to think you gonna get some help but they are just part of the problem.. trust me.. look up psychological warfare..."

"BE WARNED FOR DWI ASSESSMENTS/ TREATMENT.... Had completed a DWI assessment and treatment done (60 days) a year ago and I came back to receive my 501 form for the court and they claimed they "lost my paper work". They claimed they had no record of me ever being in the system, even though prior to these classes i attended therapy for 4 years at this facility. It was not until after I paid yet another 100 dollars that suddenly I appeared in the system magically. But was ultimately told I would have to redo the classes because they didn't have the correct information. Now i am waiting on a call back for information on the classes which i know will never come. Good riddance Family Preservation...."

"Was going to take DWI classes they can't keep up with records and cancelled my case after 60 days when I was told after the assessment I had 6 months nobody here knows what they are doing I've had nothing but issues with them over the past year they can't keep track of their own records and after all my classes was took they told me I still had one left to go when one of their own staff wrote me a letter of proof after my last class and now they can't seem to find it I've currently been waiting on a call back in response to that and I've been waiting since the beginning of January. Idk who runs this place but I'm pretty positive they have no clue what they are doing."

"The staff are great but the doctors are not helpful. They absolutely will not help with any anxiety. They never gave a courtesy call, text, or email for appointments. The doctor I saw on a computer screen would cancel on me and not let me know. Then when I tried to reschedule they wanted to put me through the entire orientation process again. There is an underlying feel that its the management not the staff. I found the staff to be kind and yet as confused as I was. As someone who has been on the same medication for 16 years I still find it amazing that someone thinks they know you better than you know yourself. I finally let the doctor have her way just so I could get at least SOME of my meds. THANK GOD for a good family doctor who can rescue you from that nightmare of a place!"
