"We had an appointment at 2:00 and they ask you to be online at least 5 min before- we were on 7 min before at 2:10 we still had not been connected: at the same time a message came through be right there- at 212 we still were waiting. I hung up- my time is valuable and I didn't appreciate the therapist not being present at the appointed time. 5 min I can understand but we waited pretty much 20 minutes before hanging up."
