"I was referred here for 12 sessions by Veterans Affairs for medical massage services. My referral ran out and I am waiting for the renewal to process, but in the meantime I would be remiss not to take the opportunity to sing my praises for the quality of care provided by my LMT, Amanda B. I can’t speak highly enough of her knowledge of the human anatomy to pinpoint exactly where a source of pain might be, even when it’s somewhere that doesn’t seem relevant at all to my untrained eyes, and doesn’t waste any time doing so with exemplary speed and precision I didn’t even know I had the right to expect. She’s the MVP, or GOAT as the Gen Z’ers say. The front office was always ready and available to assist me as well for any and all admin or scheduling concerns, particularly Seline who never failed to greet me with a warm smile and hello when I entered the clinic to check in for an appointment. All of the other front office staff were kind, warm, and understanding to me as well, and I have nobody in this clinic I could speak foul of and remain honest, but Seline “stood out” and I feel truly made her presence felt with her eagerness to ensure her clinic’s clients’ needs are always expeditiously well-met."
"I have been going here since November 2021 and I live 45 minutes away and I’ll continue as long as I can because it’s been good to me. From the time you walk in you feel refreshed. The atmosphere alone is breathtaking. The women that work at the front desk are very nice and helpful. My therapist is amazing. You would make a great choice by giving them a chance to give you a massage or facial. I always feel good at the end of my sessions. You won’t be disappointed."
"I absolutely love this place, and the owner is amazingly knowledgeable. They accept my VA referrals, and VA covers the cost. My therapist, Westley, knows his job well. I HIGHLY recommend he or Dee. I was not really impressed with the other therapist I had as it wasn't exactly what I needed. The cost for the VA seems a bit high for a 45-minute appointment. However, the knowledge and recommendations I receive with Westley and how stretch and not use medications. I had to really evaluate the care because of the cost, but at this point, I wasn't getting proper care at the VA itself, so I decided to go to a place that would help. It takes the VA an extremely long time to pay these outside providers, so I imagine that's also the last of the reason for the high cost. I would suggest to the business to educate the therapist more on giving feedback to clients about how to take better care and help themselves at home. As I said, Westley is pretty good about that with me, but I have seen issues with the other therapist I saw. I will not see anyone else."
"Was called at 356 and reminded of an appointment that was at 245. I asked if I could still be seen, they said yes. Left immediately and got to the office at 404. But they refused to see me. The therapeutic sessions cost the VA over $400 but not worth it at all. 45 minutes spent and they barely do anything that resembles treatments. The invoice sent to the VA makes it seem like the invoice to the VA makes it seem like they are educating the veteran in home techniques but all they say is "stretch...keep stretching. You are tight." Fraud and needs to be deleted from the VA referral list. Don't waste your money here."
