"I got a haircut here, and the lady took off about 1/3rd of my eyebrow somehow. I watched it happen, and she didn't even acknowledge it. She didn't say a word about it until the haircut was over and I pointed at it and asked if she could at least try and blend it. She put on a guard and gave both my eyebrows one swipe. She didn't even trim it all on my other eyebrow, and it wasn't an even cut on the first one. I'm making the resolution today, I'm done with great clips. I've put it off for too long and this sort of thing has happened too many times."
