"I can’t say enough great things about this practice! I found myself needing to switch to Dr. Tucker’s care at 28 weeks during my second pregnancy. He gladly took me on and made me feel the utmost confidence in his abilities and just being under his care. Being a Statesboro resident, I’d still recommend anyone in the surrounding counties to use his care. Including commute time, it took less time to be seen at Dr. Tucker’s office than my previous local office. Dr. Tucker and Dr. Montes always left me feeling well taken care of and confident in their abilities. I was so happy to have switched and to have them deliver my beautiful baby girl!"

I appreciate that my appointments are on time and rarely have to wait for long. They try everything possible to keep you on time. I've only had to wait longer than 10 minutes when there was an emergency and they immediately asked if I was ok seeing the NP in order to not keep me waiting."

"I believe an office is represented by their staff. As a patient, we interact with the ones who run the front desk and answer the phones more than we interact with the physician. For this, I give the office staffs organization, professionalism, hospitality, and execution 2 stars. Phone calls are never picked up and there is no voicemail to contact the front desk. The nurse does not pick up the phone or response to voicemails. The front desk staff is not professional and makes casual comments between one another in front of guests within the lobby. All staff members look frustrated and tired while interacting with them face to face. I wait in lines to check in and to check out. This has made my experience throughout my first pregnancy very frustrating, as well. I have received calls for all of my appointments saying that the office needs to reschedule them. Wait times are long and the practice seems to have too many patients and not enough staff members. It is not fair to either experience for the employees or for the patients. I want a staff who is patient and caring when I have questions or ask non-immediate questions about my health or my baby’s health. Consistency in the professionalism and representation of the office would make this rating higher. I have no doubt that Dr. Tucker and Dr. Montez are a fabulous physician team, however, if it is impossible to get a hold of anyone or to speak with them for more than 5 minutes, then that is not worth it to me. My health and my baby’s health should be valued and I should not walk away feeling like something has been overlooked or like I’m just another transaction for the success of their business. Especially when I cannot contact anyone unless I am in the office for a visit, or get lucky calling them before they go on lunch."

"My previous OBGYN retired, which was horrible to me. I get extreme anxiety when it comes to new doctors. After speaking with friends I chose to go see Dr. Tucker. After my appointment today I know I made the right choice. His staff was friendly and prompt. Dr. Tucker made me feel heard and that he truly cared and wanted to fix the problems I’ve been having. I could not have asked for a better experience. Today was the first time in my life that I have left the doctor feeling happy and hopeful. Thank you Dr. Tucker and Staff!"
