"Doctor was extremely knowledgeable and warming when I came to the office for my yearly exam. Since I had such a great experience, I wanted to inquire about birth control. The receptionist was borderline rude and provided little assistance with how to get my insurance to cover it, and insisted that I pay the $200+ up front and would possibly get reimbursed afterwards."

"i was a patient of doctor pickett’s for over 7 years. she delivered both of my children and multiple of my nieces and nephews. She started off as courteous and explained everything to provide comfort to her patients. she also was focused on patient health and made everyone feel like it. i received a letter being discharged from her care because she and her staff refused to show care towards my medical concerns after calling multiple times trying to schedule an appointment i just simply wanted them to remove my mirena that was causing issues due to positioning, in which after being discharged my new gynecologist had to surgically remove. Doctor pickett seems like she has lost her passion and i hate that for her. i would always hear about how nasty she was to her staff but never to her patients. i would suggest Maybe bringing in a partner or retiring if what you loved once is no longer a passion for you."

"Dr. Pickett is an amazing Dr. She was my Dr of choice when I moved here in the CSRA and became pregnant. She really has a caring spirit and answers all of your questions. She’s very knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know the answer she’ll definitely search it up. The outcome of my pregnancy didn’t go as planned, but we were already aware of the possibilities and through it all Dr Pickett was praying for a great outcome with us the entire time."
