"I knew not to ask this doctor any questions because on the paperwork it said you may be charged a co pay. She asked me if I had any issues and I said I had a place in my back that felt like a knot and she said I would need to refer to my primary care doctor. She never looked at it, felt of it or anything. I was told when I went to check out I did not owe any money. So I went in to set up the MyChart and noticed there was $40 due. So of course I paid it but then got to thinking that I was told I owed nothing. So I called Wellstar and the girl asked me if I asked any questions and I said no because I knew not to because of the copay. I feel like I was tricked when she asked me if I had any issues so she could charge me the co-pay. I asked the girl at wellstart if this was a common complaint and she told me "ALL DAY EVERY DAY". Well needless to say I will NEVER go back to this Dr or any doctor that practices this way. Word of mouth is big and I plan to spread the word. I feel it is pure greed and the reason health insurance is so high. The insurance paid her $393 but I guess that was not enough. Alyssa I feel like you are greedy and only care about the almighty dollar. Because of this you have lost two patients already and like I said I will be spreading the word."
