"The caregivers that work for MIA are very sweet towards and supportive of the children. They know and love each child and they are attentive to their needs. They communicate well when they have a concern, and they sometimes send pictures of what the kids are doing during the day which is a great bonus. My daughter loves each of the women there and it is easy to tell based on how she lights up when she sees them. She also loves singing the songs she has learned in Spanish. At 2, she can count to 20 in Spanish and name colors."

They helped my kids learn in creative ways and helped them to gain more confidence with their Spanish! My little one is slow to warm so it usually takes him quite some time (weeks even) to regulate to a new environment. Not with MIA! After about 1 week he was readily telling me "Adios Mama" and walking in confidently and without reservation. It's this sort of engagement that lets me know that he is happy and well taken care of at MIA."

They are also flexible - I needed a specific pickup time and we were traveling some, so we were able to work with them on that.
