"Our family has been on several occasions, a birthday party, and absolutely love it. It is always clean, the staff are kind and friendly to the kids. It's really a great experience for all ages, even us big kids (adults), too. The biggest thing I want to review is the understanding and compassion of their general manager Heather. We had booked and planned to have our daughter's 9th birthday party there but she and I both ended up sick a few days before. This poor child is almost always sick on her on her birthday, last year it was a stomach bug. But I emailed their event line and asked if we could reschedule and Heather was absolutely so kind and understanding. I was absolutely not expecting a refund being so close to the party date but she granted us one and said we could rebook when we were all feeling better and that they'd make sure it would be extra special for her. This small amount of kindness seriously went such a long way. Our daughter was heart broken that we had to reschedule again this year but when I read her that part of Heather's response she smiled so big. It really made her day. We can't wait to be able to rebook and have her party there and absolutely have a blast. Thank you Heather and staff for being so awesome."
