"I have used these guys 3 times, and priceless were reasonable. They were also timely in showing up and professional in nature. The driver seemed to marvel at my classic truck, so that was a bit entertaining. They definitely know what they are doing. The only negative I have ever heard of was from commercial accounts and being a bit upfront with payments and not being late with it, but this was years back, and I was not affiliated with. Other than that, the word on the street has always been positive. Would definitely use again if the need arises"

"I've had towing with this company before and the young man was excellent. Problem I had with them this tome was the attitude of the man that was there when I had to retrieve my items from my totalled vehicle was unacceptable. Another problem was I told the young lady at the desk to release the car to my insurance. The insurance had to call me at work to do something that already told them to do. Customer service training is seriously needed at this location. One thing good happened was another young man helped get my plate off my car. I did appreciate that."
