Bo Peep Daycare 2050 Old Reidville Road, Spartanburg, SC 29301

"My grand babies was at this daycare for from January 8-19, 2024. During this time I did not meet the teacher for either child and the last day I picked them up a woman whom I had never seen brought the wrong child outside to me and left her. I had to get her attention through the closed door to tell her she had released the wrong child, instead of asking for identification she proceeded to say " you and her mom drive the same car so I thought you were picking her up." After waiting outside for several more minutes she finally came back with the right children. I could tell my grandson had been crying because his eyes was puffy and full of tears I didn't suspect anything because he is a baby and babies cry. The next day my grandson woke up with a black eye. My daughter took him to the doctor and also called DSS. When my daughter called the center to ask did they know what happened the director immediately got defensive and did not show any remorse and told her not to bring the children back and hung up the phone on her. The DSS licensing contact person for the daycare center brushed the complaint off and as of today it is still not on the ABC DSS childcare site. We did a written statement and also had and interview with DSS. The investigation is still open and we are waiting to hear the outcome."

"I tried to get my daughter in the daycare about 8 weeks after I had the tour. I talked to Shelia the director and she told me to come by between 8-8:30am to go over criteria for class and everything to expect with the daycare. I get there, Shelia is not there. The second director left me outside in 30 degree weather while she got my paperwork and gave it to me. No one told me what to do with the paperwork or anything. I called back to tell the second director to tell Shelia to call me. At 4pm I didn’t recieve a call so I called her. I explained to Shelia what happened that morning, She tells me she will not be connecting me to their daycare, I asked why, she said “it’s just best.” No reason.. it’s crazy to me.. the directors was rude and wasn’t understanding at all!!"

"My daughter has been attending bo peep since she was 2 yrs old. The staff is very friendly and trustworthy and they treat everyone like family. The facility is clean and the children always are happy ❤️ she loves it there ."
