"After waiting a month for a delivery from Home Depot that was supposed to be carried out by this company, they do not show up TWO DAYS in a row, they didn’t call me either. Terrible customer service and recommend to stay away from them! I’m OB day three of trying to contact the facility with no luck, I just want my appliance."

We were home and have security cameras, nobody attempted to make a delivery. After several phone calls I was able to just go pick it up from their warehouse."

"Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had trying to get $6000 worth of appliances delivered. Rude, ineffective and downright impossible to deal with. "Bobbie" who says she is the manager, is the worst. Just a terrible person who seems to revel in making life impossible for others. I have spoken with the Home Depot manager and making him deal with them. Hopefully Home Depot will get a clue and make a change from the terrible business!"

"This company demonstrates abysmal performance, with specialization in fabrication of stories. I ordered a microwave at Home Depot, with delivery set for a specified date and time. I stayed home all day waiting, and waiting, and waiting. When it was never delivered, I called to complain and was told that they had attempted to deliver it at 6:00 pm, but that no one was home. That was a complete fabrication, because I was sitting 15 feet from the front door, watching the news at 6:00 pm that day. When asked to describe the house that they had stopped at, they could not do so . . . because they were never here. Bottom line: Failure to perform as required, with outright lies in an attempt to cover their butts. NEVER hire this company for anything"
