"After feeling that my business didn’t matter, I was contacted by Al, who has been at the company for 20 plus years. He listened and apologized for the troubles We had. He agreed to fix the problem and had someone at the house very quickly and they indeed fixed the small problem I had with the grill. Because of the generous response I am raising the stars from 1 to 4 stars. I wish it didn’t take a bad review to get good service but I also understand that mistakes happen and by addressing it head on and not making excuses, I felt they deserved an edited review and a positive feedback for their efforts. "Do NOT use this company if at all possible. There were no customers on the premises when I arrived. I waited 15 minutes for the receptionist to even acknowledge my presence. I told her I needed to top off my propane tank....two gallons at most. She advised there was a flat fee of $18 regardless of the amount purchased. I commented that this was a rip off....she replied.."I know but that's the way we have always done it". There were still no other customers on the premises but it took a further 35 minutes to get the tank topped off. A highly unsatisfactory experience."
