"I know this review won’t sway many minds in whether you frequent this place. Mainly because if you own any type of RV or travel trailer this place is sometimes a necessary evil. I just wanted to share my experience at this location. It was a Saturday. I walked in the front doors and saw two young ladies sitting behind the front desk. Neither of them acknowledged me in any way whatsoever. I was looking for a return grill cover for an A/C ducted system. I walked up and down very parts aisle and didn’t see what I was looking for. Thinking I may need to order it I looked for the parts counter. I asked a guy behind a counter if this was parts and directed me to the parts counter. I found it and sat down on a barstool waiting on someone. I saw several salesman thru the “one sided mirrored glass” I saw a few others walking around aimlessly. Not a single person greeted me. Asked if I needed help. Nothing. I pulled out my phone and started to look up what I wanted online. After a few price comparisons from different websites I pulled out my CC and ordered what I wanted looking for from their parts counter. I then got up and walked out of the front door. Not a single person even gazed my way. As I was leaving out of the front doors a man who I can only assume was a porter opened the door for me and said hello and have a good day. I was in the store for probably a good 10 minutes. There is a serious disconnect here. The experience was disheartening. I don t know if this is the culture here or is the shopping experience getting this bad everywhere. Anyways. If you have to go here for anything be prepared to make it happen. Because it seems as though everyone here does just enough not to get fired…."

"The house batteries on our 2012 Thor Challenger stopped working. Rather than go to our campground, we drove straight to the Ridgeland Camping World. They took it in for diagnosis immediately and we had new batteries installed a couple of hours later. They were very friendly and knowledgeable- taught us stuff we didn’t even know about the RV. We would definitely use their services again!"
