"This is ridiculous, early in the morning coming to get some breakfast. Something hot to drink. Use the bathroom first there is no tissue in the bathroom. No paper towels in the paper towel slot. It is not the first time it’s happened it’s been going on for a long time This store Make so much money sale so much gas and can’t even afford toilet paper, so how does it feel to go use the bathroom and there’s no tissue when you’re doing ?foolishness health department need to get involved because this is not sanitary . You can’t even wash your hands and dry your hands properly. I told the cashier she responded that’s OK it be like that sometimes."

"please fix the sewage problems. i was there two weeks ago when there was sewage water seeping onto the store floor from under the walls, and it was still apparently a problem when i returned today. the entire store smells horrific-- i was gagging just from the few short minutes i was inside. it's insane that you make your employees work under those conditions for entire shifts. there's no way that's safe, and i'm scared it may affect some of the product on the shelves as well. EDIT - 9/4/2023: It's been five months now. The store still smells horrible and is still littered with wet floor signs from where employees are forced to mop up soiled water. Seriously unacceptable and unsafe."

"On my drive to work, I stop here for a refreshment. Either sweet tea, or coffee. Nice to see that tea is available and made fresh at this early morning time. Most other places haven't made any tea yet. The choices of creamers for coffee is always pleasant, which many other stores do not have this selection. This store hasn't been remodeled yet to include a buffet line, as many do, but the hot dogs are always fresh, and tasty for a snack on my way home. The store is very clean, restrooms as well, and the gas prices are usually lower the many other places. In speaking with the cashier, (Lynette), and thanking her for always being prepared for customers early, the cleanliness, and her pleasant personality."

"I work near here as a 3rd shift employee. I come in around 2:30 am most days of each week for my caffeine and a morning snack. I'm always polite and I treat the employees politely because their working a shift that not many people actually WANT but do it because they need the money. Anyway, I walk to work and therefore wear a backpack to carry my work related items etc. Never has it been an issue until this morning. I came in as usual and greeted the employee on staff with a "good morning!" as usual. I was then stopped and told to leave my backpack by the front door. I politely told the lady that I come in everyday and have never been it's an issue. She then just quickly interrupted me with "I don't care I'm the manager." and to which I responded that I wasn't going to leave my belongings by the door so that anyone could decide at that time of day that they would in turn steal my bag full of necessary belongings and run off and therefore she was welcome to follow me around the store and watch as I pick up my usual drink and proceed to pay for it. She just looked at me with an angry face as I did just that. Once I brought my items to the counter not but 30 seconds later she rung them up and forcefully placed them on the counter and was short and snarky to me in her tone of voice and huffed when I requested a bag for my purchases. Every other employee I've met here was pleasant to deal with but if this particular woman with no name badge that stated she was the manager IS the manager, then I feel bad for anyone else that comes into contact with her."
