"Edited Review: The shop owner replied to my review and I took him up on his offer to stop by the store and they went above and beyond to take care of me. The shop owner wasn't present when I went in but I was able to pull up my review and they gave the owner a call. He personally apologized and swapped out my duds. It's not very often that you get that kind of customer service! I'll definitely be a return customer now! Stopped by this shop last Thursday on a whim because my last disposable had died and the reviews were decent. The shop was sparse and nothing like I was expecting. Not a lot of inventory or options. I purchased 2 JukBoxx vapes because they were on a buy 2 special for a great price. The gentleman working the shop wasn’t familiar with them but I decided to try them anyway. Neither of the 2 I purchased have any flavor at all. Usually there’s a no return or exchange policy in place at these shops so I didn’t even bother going back inside to ask but nearly $40 is a lot to waste on vapes that have no flavor. Probably won’t be going back."

Don't like the fact that I couldn't get an exchange for another one just incase it becomes a dud in a day or so. Won't be coming back due to management punishing employee for something out of their control."
