"We had a unfortunate rental house situation for my best friends Bachelorette. We had booked the house about 8 months prior to the weekend and were so excited. I got a call two weeks before the trip that the house was we had gotten was not going to be available any longer. Georgia Beach Rental Team got on it and helped us find the most perfect house(Three Palms Oasis) and were SOO wonderful to work with. They were timely with their responses and incredibly kind and accommodating! I would 12/10 definitely use them again to book a place on our next trip to Saint Simons."

"My Mom rented a beach rental for my cousin’s upcoming wedding in March. The rental looked beautiful online. We even got on VRBO and showed family and friends the pictures of where we going to be staying. One day in January we could no longer pull the pictures up on VRBO. I typed the address in and the condo pulled up on Zillow. My mom emailed Heather and Benji Bennett to make sure our reservations were still going to be honored in March. No response for two weeks. Finally Heather emailed my Mom back saying that our reservations were no longer going to be honored and issued a refund. This was completely unprofessional. Had my Mom not reached out we would have not had a place to stay for the wedding. Completely unprofessional. Do not go through this company. This company needs to be sued for breach of contract! I wish I could give this company zero stars for how unprofessional and rude Benji Bennett and Heather are!!!!! After reading these recent reviews.. i’m glad we’re not the only ones with problems with how unprofessional this business is!!! This response is a lie.. the email apologized for the inconvenience and issued a refund! Unprofessional and liars!!!! "We stayed at a home on East Beach and loved the area. The house was everything that we could ask for. Great gathering areas for our large family, a wonderful pool and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Benji and his whole staff were there whenever we needed. Benji even came out on Sunday after hours to check the heat for our pool. The whole team was great to work with and we will definitely be back again to stay with Georgia Beach Rentals."
