"Went in to get coils for my new vape, and wasn’t sure what I needed so I brought my vape in with me and showed it to the woman working so I didn’t buy the wrong thing. She looked at it and grabbed me a pack of coils and said they were what I needed. I left and went across the street to the gas station because I needed gas and while I was filling up my car I was changing the coil in my vape, only to realize the coils I was sold did not fit at all. After I finished filling my car I went right back to the store (not even 10 minutes later) to tell her the coils SHE told me to buy didn’t actually fit my vape. She was super nice and apologized, but the problem was when she informed me they don’t do returns or exchanges… including on a product I was JUST told to buy by their employee that was completely incorrect. So I spent $20 on a pack of coils that I was told to buy that didn’t fit at all, leaving me basically just out $20. Needless to say I will absolutely not be returning. The shops response to this review is an absolute lie. No friend was with me or came back on my behalf. Must have been another customer/return because I had to go to another vape store to get the coils I needed as this one did not carry them and I was denied the return all together. The incorrect coils had to be thrown out as I had no vape that they would fit in. So I am still out the $20 I spent buying the wrong coils due to information the employee working incorrectly gave me."

"If you’re looking for a CBD store in the area that is clean, in a convenient location, and has the friendliest workers, this is honestly the place for you. Every time I come in (which is weekly) the store is pristine. Robbie and Nick at the counter are both very intelligent, know their products, and will remember what sort of things you like in order to make spot-on recommendations for you on your next visit. All around a stand-up business that I have recommended to friends and family with nothing but positivity heard in return."
