"I purchased a vape last week which stopped working in 2 days, clearly there was fluid left and everything. I went back and they exchanged the vape for me, then again after a day the 2nd vape also stops working n this time also leaking the liquid out of the vape. I take it back again and explain them everything, even show them how there is lots of fluid left and how no smoke is coming out, but they refused to help me. Said they will have to discontinue this vape but they can’t give me another one. This isn’t a good business, I could have been a regular here but I will not go back here again if they don’t keep good working products and on top of that dont even help fix the issue. Very bad customer service and even worse products."
