And only because an employee and I are no longer friends. That should have no bearing on my patronage. I've spent nearly $200 each and every month here. And I was refused service yesterday. I'm 61 and I've never encountered anything so unprofessional. And rude. When did businesses start doing this? I was in retail my whole life. An owner would've been livid if a good customer was treated like this. And a manager would never have allowed it to start with. They also might have laughed hysterically at an employee even suggesting this. How does her personal life have anything to do with this business. So much for loyalty and appreciation."
