"They Always have what I need. A very dependable store. Plus the store off of Main Street in Duncan SC, they have Fresh Produce now too and fresh premade Salads. A lot to choose from."

"Overall lack of customer service pretty unprofessional they need to take their jobs a little more serious they do have a good few that work but overworked and understaffed all the time management needs to get their stuff together in the store I need to stop burning out the hard-working employees that do work there"

"As stated in several other reviews. This store is always open or closed when they want. Today there wasn't even a sign stating they were closed just the locked doors with the regular store hours clearly posted. I've lived around the block since February and I think the store has actually been open 4 times that we've stopped by. When I said something to one employee I was told to "get a job here if u don't like it." One of the times they were open a male was seated just past the cash register appearing to be asleep, but the cashier refered to him as her boyfriend. I guess I'll keep giving my business to Dollar General on the other side of the highway as much as I would rather support Family Dollar for business affiliation purposes."

"They’re usually nice, fairly quick, clean, etc. The tough part is finding the store open, they’ve been closing early and opening late every day for the past month. Today was the 4th time that the store has been closed on a weekday between 11am and 1:30pm. If they’re out to lunch, leave a note at least. If the store can’t be staffed to be open during the posted hours, change the posted hours. Until then, I have to keep driving to the dollar general down the street."

"This used to be a good store. Not sure what happened. Maybe they should ask the employees' boyfriends to fill out an application; then they could get paid to hover around the register and converse while people are trying to check out. They might even be able to stay open past 6 pm, but one thing at a time I guess."
