"I didn't shop here but I called the store to about another parkers I went to on Montgomery Cross road they had a sign up saying bathroom was closed so inquired about the young lady was so nonchalant saying they're out of order no apologies or anything I can't spend money in atmosphere like I needed fuel but I took my business else where but I spoke with Ms Shanicka she called and it was true she was so professional listening to my concerns and apologized for my experience at the other store it's not what you say but how you say it I must say Shanicka has excellent customer service Greg Parker should be glad to have her on his team."

"The cashier with the nose ring and dry braids had bad customer service. I had a cup of ice and she said "Imma" which isn't a word need you to scan the bar code. I would have not had a problem with it but her approach was rude. Upon walking away the get a long gang working with her chuckeld as she has a few choices words to say which would have been nice if she could have said it before I walked away to have a chance to reply... Parkers is getting out of hand with the bad customer service ."

"In the beginning I loved being able to get my gas, coffee and breakfast from Parker’s. NOW, they’ve been out of half and half for MONTHS even though SAMs is across the street. There is never a cashier available because they’re working on the self checkouts that aren’t working. The coffee station grounds are always full and the floor is sticky at 7 am. Good idea - terrible execution."

"Dear Parker's, I do not work for you. Unless I am going to be receiving a paycheck; I expect for the cashier to check me out. Self checkout is just another way for the wealthy to keep money in their pockets instead of paying a livable wage to the employees. My mind was blown when the lady behind the counter tonight (11/30 @ 6pm) refused to check me out and said she only did lotto or when it was super busy. Do better y'all."
