"This may be a long review... I am from New Hampshire. I came to the area to help a family member move to Lexington. While I was there, I figured I'd shop for some items that I love and could not get back home. I met the owner of this establishment and his wife. They were extremely friendly and incredibly helpful. I explained that I was looking for a certain type of bourbon and that I had heard that it was available in this area. The owner and I had an amazing conversation about the area and what it had to offer, among other things like what its like back home. By the end of the conversation, this man felt like my best friend. He promised he would take a look around for my bourbon that I wanted and would let me know. The following day I went to his store to replenish supplies and grab a few new things. He caught me in the aisle and explained to me that he could get my bourbon, however, he didn't think he could get it before I left. (It was fourth of July weekend) he continued with the fact that he had called around and had found it at a completely different store, not affiliated with him at all. (Lets talk about the miracle on 34th Street movie later) John went above and beyond to help out a complete stranger. And for that he has won a dedicated customer. Fast forward almost 3 months later, my brother in law went down to visit aforementioned family and just happened to go to the same store. (He had no idea that it was the same store) and just so happened to see the Bourbon Ball that I do so adore, and he picked up a bottle and John mentioned that he remembered me and my son in law and my brother in laws' wife. I dont believe my brother in law when he told me he only bought a few bottles, because I'm sure there were a few consumed before he came home. As for a review, ill tell anyone in the area that this is the place to go. John and Tracy are the best and I will forever be a devoted customer."
