"Wonderful customer service. Communication was excellent. I emailed my order and was notified what was out of stock within two days. Pricing is always cheaper than competitors and shipping is quick. I order large quantities and am never disappointed with germination rates. Great company all around."

"Placing an order is cumbersome as we need to do it over the phone. This season I grew plugs for local flower farmers, and placed my order well ahead of time. Geo Seed never let me know that some of them ended up being on backorder, and the rest took a very long time to arrive. I was unable to fulfill orders as a result. When I called and asked about the status, they said it would be "too much" to notify anybody who ordered that particular seed that it was going to be later than expected so they waited for them to call in. That was the last time I ordered from them. I didn't even get an email with a receipt. Discount prices, so if that's all that matters to you then this is your place. They have a large selection. However, they really need to get with the times when it comes to ordering and upgrade their customer service as well. Maybe hire more staff. I'd be fine with higher prices if it meant order transparency and better service."

"Pros:The prices are competitive, and the selection is large. Cons: They did not tell me that there was a crop failure and that I would not be receiving some of my order. Some items have taken 2 months to receive. I don't think I will use this company again. (This was my third year ordering from GeoSeed.)"

"Discount seed, discount service. We order less and less every year, as something always goes wrong with our order. Most recently they cancelled a seed pkt off our order without telling us, and we only found out by contacting them once it was time to plant. Not worth the discount."

"I love the prices, but having to wait 2+ months for an order to even be processed is a little ridiculous. Then when you call to talk to someone about your order, they act like they don't care. Was really looking forward to receiving the seeds I had ordered, but had to cancel it after being told it could be another 2 weeks before it would ship. I will try to order from them again, but will make sure to order in late summer so hopefully I get my order before I need to plant the seeds."
