Parker's Market 222 Drayton Street, Savannah, GA 31401

"I purchased a box of chicken livers at $5.79 and a small side of green beans for $3.49. I am bit upset because the livers were so tiny that it wasnt even a fill up box. It wasnt even work 5.79 concerning you can purchase a tub for $2.00 and cook them yourself. I frequent the Parkers on at 4219 Augusta Rd and they provide great service and they actually give you a fil up box for $10.38 not a kids meal. On top of that, I was looking at the lemon cake and I put it back. I went to the register to pay for the chicken livers. I showed my ticket to the young lady and she gave me my food in a bag. I was on my way on the door when lady said, "Did you pay for that?" I replied, "Yes". She stated, "No, the lemon cake!" I said, " I didnt get any lemon cake and you should not do what you just did!" I felt really harassed and I paid for my food just like any other customer. Customer service was horrible."

"I work in the service industry and I had just got off my shift and went for late night food and was met with such rude customer service both from the register and the hot food bar (jan 20, 12am). I understand that it’s late and we are tired but the staff was actively trying to pick a fight at this point, and it just so happens that I wasn’t a drunk fool and fell for it.(it’s also not the first time) As a long time customer, y’all need to check yourselves, you’re not the only ones that have been working long hours into the night. I spent $40 on food and was missing some items and when i let the girl working the hot bar know she cussed at me while another server gave me the missing items. What was once fancy parkers is now a parkers that got lost in the sauce."

"We are usually loyal customers to fancy Parker’s on a night out. Tonight we simply asked the lady serving our food at the deli how many sauces were included with our food and the woman responded in a very condescending way when we at first didn’t understand and then just walked off swearing at us for asking a simple question regarding food we paid for."

"Literally the rudest people we have ever met. We were visiting with two friends from the UK and because they didn’t have a US ID they would not sell us wine or beer. I couldn’t prove it but it seemed as if they were trying to discriminate against foreigners."

"I've stopped here a couple times while visiting Savannah and have been impressed each time! The store is super clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. There's a great selection of food and beverage offerings along with some home goods items. Love the market feel of this store!"
