"4 Stars due to there are no signs for truck entrance. After you make right on Mauney, go down to 3rd driveway on the left. Guard shack great customer service. I was allowed to drop 3 hrs early. Be prepared to drop and hook!"

"Friendly guard check. I couldn’t complain my load was 2 days earlier. Yard dog just needs to bring the landing gear down before they drop it or u will get hurt coz they put it a palm and a half above the 5th wheel."

"This place is a bunch of liars. Called and advised them I would be early, asked if I could deliver early told them a time. Was told to come in early. Get there at that time and told to wait until the next day. Get back in the morning told to drop the trailer and leave. Then called back to move the trailer to a door. What was the point of dropping. What was the point of coming in early. All they had to do was not lie. I'll never come to this place they are a cluster f."

"You have to drop your trailer and wait at truckstop down street. Not that unusual. I got a phone call saying my trailer is loaded and ready...and it is in fact done in great timely manner. Only when I get there itll be unspecified amount of time before paperwork is ready. Several drivers today (march 18 2023) have started their logs by driving to get loaded trailer only to be turned away due to no paperwork ready. You can not wait on property, so you must drive back to truckstop to wait and hopefully still have a available spot"

"This place used to be great for picking up loads. However, they have made big changes lately to their policies. My driver has been waiting for 8 hours to get loaded and he still has a red light!"
