"After a long hunt for large camellias, SSG was the place! The main store ladies were very friendly & helpful in directing me to the best place. When needing to go to their larger nursery, it is typically by appointment only, but they were extremely flexible and kind. There’s more there than meets the eye as there’s two sides to their larger plot. A gentleman, Mark, was extremely kind and helpful. He had so much patience with me and was so grateful and courteous. Not knowing exactly what direction I wanted to go in, he was helpful in getting answers to my questions, and for allowing me to come back later in the day to get everything we needed, I cannot speak more highly of him! Paul was another gentleman there, who had been with the Garden for a while and was very knowledgeable on all the plants on their larger side. He was very helpful with my husband, and shared a ton of knowledge. The owner was also very sweet and kind. She wanted to make sure we got the best plants & directed us on where to look for them. Overall, it was an amazing experience & I’m hoping to return to buy one of their larger Magnolia trees in the near future. They have plants ranging from 1 gallon all the way to 30+!!"

"Staff was super friendly and helpful! Took me around to show me things and helped me load it up. I went for some plants that were in 3 gal buckets. The plants were so much bigger/bushier than I’ve seen anywhere else!!!! I highly recommend."

"Beautiful and peaceful shop and nursery. I went for terrarium plants and live moss. I’m having a really tough time finding live moss. The woman on the phone said they had it, but when I got there it was preserved moss, not live. Honest mistake. She said they’re looking into adding more indoor plants to their shop! Yay. Very nice and helpful people. Would recommend. :)"
