"This was my first time ordering from this florist. I was definitely looking forward to purchasing and using them in the future because they’re only a few minutes from my house. I called multiple local florists in the area in search of a lily and rose bouquet for Valentine’s Day. I spoke with an associate over the phone in regards to an arrangement they had to ensure the coloring advertised would be as expected. So, I went into the store that same day to make my payment, which was 1-2 weeks prior to today(Vanlentine’s Day). I went to pick up my order today, and it was nothing like the arrangement they have advertised nor was it what we discussed. They DID have lilies that were the correct color, but they were out of stock due to them being used for other orders. Needless to say, I don’t have an arrangement for my wife, and all other local florist are now out of darker lilies due to Valentine’s Day order. Highly upset and disappointed in this business. I don’t recommend"

"I called Johnson's florist after 3:30pm today asking for birthday flowers that I could pick up before they closed at 5pm. I was willing to grab anything they had on display, but Ms Dee told me that I could place an order with her and they could fit me in for pick up. I arrived at 4:45 and my flowers were ready. Great customer service by everyone there. Beautiful flowers! This is my first time using them. I will be making them my regular florist."
