In addition, she is efficient and effective in coordinating and overseeing maintenance requests, something we have had trouble with in the past. All our maintenance requests since living here have been resolved in a timely manner. Her attention to concerns reflects her commitment to ensuring a positive living environment! "I have really enjoyed living at Rivers Walk for the past 2 years! The maintenance team is great and always completes my work orders so quickly. The office staff is equally as great! Lisa the property manager is AMAZING! I would definitely recommend Rivers Walk! Great location, amenities and staff!!"

"Would not live here again. I went to College at App and lived here. I paid around 1,200 bucks a month for a Studio apartment. There were a few issues here but the top three were the fire alarms constantly going off. I mean, 3 or 4 times a month and sometimes twice a week. The second big issue was that maintenance workers had access to my apartment when I wasn’t there, which is odd. I get it if something was critical, but for them to just come in when I’m not there is wrong. They came in one time to check my A/C, nothing was wrong with it, but wore their boots on my bed to get to it. And the third thing was when the pipes froze during the winter, I had workers coming in and out of my apartment without me being there, again. So if you like privacy, staying by yourself, and sleeping, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Office staff were super awesome though."

"I just moved in a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the process. I worked with Leslie from Riverwalk apartments, and she made everything so easy (especially for someone coming out of state). Additionally, this place is beautiful, great amenities, and has a very welcoming environment."

"I ran into an issue with parking here a few days ago. However, the property manager called me into the office to resolve this matter. She was nothing but sweet, understanding, and transparent. She held her self in such a professional matter and you can tell she really cares about her residents and the property. That’s not something you find in every apartment complex. I really appreciate her and the team for taking the time out of their day to hear me out , discuss the matter and come to a resolution. They went out of their way to reach out to me."
