"The rooms were clean, spacious and had all the amenities hotels normally have; TV, alarm, internet, refrigerator microwave, iron etc. My favorite was stove. We have kids and like to cook, so this was a plus for us. Breakfast every morning, gym, laundry room, fire pit outside, pool, computer areas and its 10-15 minutes drive from downtown."

"INEPT STAFF!!! The room and location were good. I prepaid through a booking service. Checked in and out at the desk. There was a billing issue with the service so they charged my card on file without letting me. Spoke with multiple people on multiple calls, never the same person twice. Was told to call specific times to speak to specific people. Those people were off whenever I called. They refused to give me an invoice because I paid through a booking agency. My card was authorized just for incidentals. Completely ridiculous the way they have treated me. Good luck if you have a billing issue with them because they don’t care at all."

"We stayed there for one night several weeks ago, and it was the worst Hilton property in our many years of travel. The hotel front desk guy was so busy chatting with one of his friends that he barely spoke to us. We as ked a question about why the digital key wasn't working, and he blew us off. Our room looked like there had been a fight or a really big dog that damaged the wood around the bathroom door, and the window shade was all wrinkly and out if the track. We tried to fix it, so we could have privacy. The mattress was sunken down in each side (we are small people), so it was a real disappointment after traveling all day. We went back to the front desk after dinner to inquire about the digital key. This time a young lady was there and all but told us we were technically challenged! We have traveled for years using digital keys, so it was the last straw for me. The front desk staff was unwelcoming and basically unwilling to be of service. Too bad...the property is in a great location but certainly not up to Hilton standards. We stayed last week at a Marriott property in Cape Canaveral, FL. What am amazing stay! Guess we will go back to being Marriott's guests."

"I want to start off saying the staff was incredible. Kind and accommodating. The issues were that the hotel felt very dirty. The flooring in the elevator was caked with dirt. The bathroom had mold growing under the wallpaper. And the a/c unit was completely rusted on the inside. We have mold and allergen issues and my daughter and I woke up with swollen eyes and faces. If you are not sensitive to those sort of things you will be fine! Again, staff was truly kind."

"We really liked the room. It was very comfortable, with a large refrigerator, stove, dishes. A comfortable curtain between the bed and the sofa. I really liked the many shelves and drawers, it was very convenient. The mattress on the bed was big and comfortable, and the pillows. Perfect for sleeping. And we absolutely did not hear the neighbors. Wewould love to stop there again !!!"
