"I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this great community! Brittany was so wonderful! Every time I had a maintenance concern, it was addressed promptly. The office staff was efficient and courteous. They even went above and beyond to schedule community events for holidays or even just for a random Friday. The townhouse I lived in was just renovated and worked perfectly for my son and I. And every time I pulled in and happened to see one of the staff, they stopped to talk to me, asked about my son, etc. I am truly grateful for the staff at The Landing."

"Where do I begin...This place was a total nightmare.From the moment we moved in my 1 year old developed eczema.As soon as we moved out he cleared up.The so called Maintenance and Management have no idea what they are doing.They can't do basic repairs and it takes 2 months or longer to fix anything if it gets fixed at all.They have no employees and when I asked them to outsource they said no.They keep coming back at random times with no warning or communication at all.The most you will get is "It's on the list" from Brittany.Get used to Mold and squeaking floors.A pitbull tried to attack me and my son and they did not care.I was told we couldn't have that breed.My duct work was detached from every vent in the attic for 3 years.( high electric bill) My carpet and linoleum ( patched in places )was 6 years old when we moved in.All of our feet were black from the dirt.The rent just kept increasing.It started at $1049 and now is $1600.The water is almost $100.People park in your parking space.Brittany is malevolent and hostile in the nicest way and Lydia from Darby is no help with anything.Dont get me started on crazy neighbors with their dogs looking in your windows multiple times a day wanting to fight.Cars were broken into.A car across from us blew up and was on fire.It was such relief to have moved from here.Trash and dog poop everywhere and they always run out of poop bags...They don't give any deposits that are owed back.They took my pet deposits on my E.S.A.animal and then the next month decided not to renew my lease that was a month to month.You have to be cold as ice to do that to someone with kids.I just wish someone would have warned me not to move here."

"My wife and I moved here a little over a year and a half ago and I'm so happy we decided to make The Landing our home. The apartments are very nice and it's quiet in the evening. The staff is very friendly especially the property manager Tori. Great place to live"
